Disappointed

Was really disappointed with the contents of the box, was expecting more for the price. The travel sanitization kit is useless to me and smelled horribly. The socks were my favorite part but it came in men's sizing so they were too big for me. I only kept the body butter which is a little tricky to apply so I never use it.

My wife was not pleased

My wife loves supporting black-owned businesses so I ordered two different boxes for her birthday in September. The items were not shipped in October as indicated and I could not have the package redirected to an updated address so that we would receive it at the address I will be at for the holiday season. I had to pay another 50$ for a service to have someone intercept the package on my behalf and ship it to my updated address or just let the boxes sit outside for months. When my wife unboxed the items she was disappointed in the selection of items received. She did appreciate the socks in one of the kits, but in all, she received cookies, jam, hot sauce, a pair of socks, and a travel sanitizing kit (wipes, sanitizer, etc.) for like $80. My wife simply said she did not like the boxes that were sent but her friends knew how much I paid for them and agreed that the money spent did not match the value received. When I consider that I paid extra to have a 3rd party send it to me after shipping delays from the company, it is safe to say I do not intend to do business with BOM going forward. This transaction and experience negatively impacted 5 potential customers.
