Was NOT Expecting what I received!!!

Not only what I bought wasn’t what I expected it took even longer to receive…..67 days!!! I totally get that there was COVID, but this was totally unacceptable!!! Next, I paid $45-50ish for the Bom box I received and it wasn’t AT ALL WORTH THE PRICE!!! I would never buy anything from this company again!!!! And if I would ever buy from them again they need to step their game up and learn!!!

Not worth the wait or the price

I waited over 2 months to receive my box. It was $40 with the T-Mobile Tuesday discount. All I received in the box was a small candle, a cheap to-do list pad with maybe 20 sheets and nothing unique about them, and 3 thank you cards that were nothing more than cards I could purchase at Wal-Mart. Over-all I was not happy with the value of items for the price. Not worth it. If this box was full price I would have been even more disappointed for the dollar store quality products in the “Home Box.”

Not what I expected

For the price that I paid and the 3 month wait to actually receive my box I am very disappointed. The content of the box was certainly not worth the 50 I paid. Also, customer service seemed to be a bit snoody when I emailed to inquire about shipping updates 2 months after my purchase.I was not appreciative of the tone that came across in their emails. Needless to say, I will not be a repeat customer.
